01. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Repute Infosystems (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of the BookingPress website, plugin and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

02. Definitions

• “Plugin” means the BookingPress WordPress plugin, including its free and premium versions and add-ons.
• “License” means the right to use the Plugin under the plan you purchase.
• “Website” means a single WordPress installation on which the Plugin is activated.

03. License & permitted use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of Websites permitted by your plan. The free version is licensed under the GPL, consistent with WordPress.org.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share premium license keys, or remove or alter copyright and license notices.

04. Account registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

05. Pricing, payment & renewals

Prices are shown on our website and may change. Premium plans start at $89 per year for a single Website and include updates and support for the license term. Unless you cancel, license terms may renew automatically at the then-current rate; we will attempt to notify you before renewal where required.

You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees and taxes to your chosen payment method.

06. Refunds

Premium purchases are covered by our money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it for eligibility and how to request a refund.

07. Acceptable use & restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
• Distribute malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use the Service to build a competing product by copying its non-GPL components.

08. Intellectual property

Except for rights expressly granted to you, we and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including trademarks, logos and premium components. “BookingPress” and related marks are owned by Repute Infosystems.

09. Third-party services

The Plugin can integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, calendars and messaging providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their availability.

10. Support & updates

Active premium licenses include access to updates and support for the license term. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee specific resolution times. Support covers the Plugin itself and does not include custom development or third-party code.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every environment.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm. On termination, the license granted to you ends, though sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
